A framework of detailed design of regulatory inteventions and how they relate to the public and private sector
This workshop provides participants with a framework for consideration of the detailed design of regulatory interventions. The workshop is informed by wisdom gained from study and experience of the practical impact of a long list of regulatory implementations in New Zealand and International contexts.
This is an interactive workshop including a mix of discussion, case studies and group exercises.
For
Policy analysts who have responsibility for regulation as part of their work, but have little or no formal training in the area. Also for those in public and private sector who work in strategic roles and seek to understand and engage in regulatory issues.
