Technical Problems

I try to login but keep receiving an Incorrect Password message what do I do?

When logging in to your online courseware, the system checks the database for the entered email address and password. This message is received only when a matched email address is found.

If your password has the number zero in it check to make sure you are not using the letter O and vice versa.

The passwords are case sensitive. If you have upper case (Capital) letters in your password, please make sure the Caps lock function is on.

If the message says you are a duplicate user, then you are already in the system but under a different email address. See How do I change my personal details?

I've forgotten my password - what should I do?

Go to the login page and click on the 'I have lost my password' link and then enter your email address (the one that you registered with). Your password will then be emailed to you immediately.
