How to develop risk reporting frameworks appropriate to your organisation

This workshop equips public servants with an understanding of the constructive role risk management strategies play in achieving public sector outcomes. It introduces some standard tools that blend risk analysis and risk treatment and align with local and international standards. The workshop works on the principle that genuine pro-active business opportunities arise from disciplined risk assessments.
