How to apply economic impact assessment in future policy design and development of policy advice and decision papers, budget bids and regulatory impact statements
This workshop provides an understanding of economic impact assessment when assessing projects or policies in terms of their impact relative to their use of resources. It also covers the helpful additional tools for more rigorous assessment - including cost-benefit analysis, cost-effectiveness analysis and break-even analysis.
This one day workshop combines a simple explanation of techniques with practical examples, including group exercises.
For
Policy analysts who want an introduction to the terms and concepts of economic impact assessment, and;
